Aric is an IT professional who, like other OAR Group associates, understands business, not just a single area of expertise. Since earning his business degree from a reputable Midwestern university, Aric has partnered to develop an Internet Service Provider (ISP), restructured the asset for acquisition, and successfully merged the asset with another ISP. Later, working in the marketing department of a national cable subscriber, he helped formulate strategies to successfully launch high-speed internet access to a major metro market. In 2000, Aric re-partnered with his previous colleague to start a new IT service company with the philosophy that small-to-medium sized businesses need the same level of technical expertise and management as Fortune 500 companies. Aric believes that anticipating the total company’s needs is the first step to developing the right infrastructure, hardware and software solutions, and competent management is the key to minimizing future breakdowns and inefficiencies.
