As head of two complimentary service companies, Randy brings leadership skills, plus twenty years of strategic marketing, public relations and advertising experience, to OAR Group clients. One company, a marketing communications agency, develops and executes marketing, public relations and advertising strategies for a diverse mix of companies, organizations, and industries. The other, an international conference management company, develops and manages conferences, events and tradeshows in the U.S. and several foreign countries. Market sectors served include biofuels, where Randy holds a leadership position as a founding board member of the International Biofuels Association (IBFA), technology, food, agriculture, energy, and financial services. He is also a founding board member of the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA), the leading international group for ATMs and debit cards under one association. Randy served on the ATMIA’s executive board for four years, developing the association’s international conference programs from 1999-2003.
