Drawing on over twenty years of HR experience in various line, staff and management positions at a major Fortune 500 company, Bea has “seen it all” as relates to the human element and its ability to promote success, or ensure failure. Importantly, she combines her skills of communication and interpretation with a sound eye and ear for business strategy. In her book, it makes no sense to train or motivate personnel unless the training is in line with the needs of the business and its customers. Since starting her own business in 1990, she has worked with corporations, schools, law firms, professional organizations and individuals as a strategist on employee relations, conflict resolution issues, career development, outplacement, and executive management consulting.
